Banking
Where agents complete the credit process with every document read, checked and written back, examiner-ready.
An effectiveness standard is an evidence standard.
Examiners now ask whether your process works, not whether it exists. That means producing, on demand, what was reviewed, on what basis, and what happened when it was wrong.
Agents complete the file; people take the exceptions
Reading, checking and writing-up done by the agent. People move to the exceptions.
Our Agents do the work
Reading, keying and cross-checking sixty documents on every application is continuous, fully staffed and non-discretionary in a way that is repeatable and continuously learns.
Agents produce the proof as they work
Not whether your team reviews files correctly — how long it takes to prove that they did.
What agents complete here
Written back into the core, the LOS or the case system — the first process live in weeks.
Credit applications and loan files
Agent reads the full application set including identity, income, contracts, financial statements, collateral and reconciles it against the checklist and writes the checked file into origination. Missing or inconsistent items reach a named credit officer as work items, not correspondence.
Financial statement assessment
A statement has to be judged, not just read. Agent assesses it and carries the result into risk evaluation as an input to the decision, not a data dump for someone to interpret first.
Regulator information requests
When a supervisor asks for information on a borrower, agent assembles the response from the loan file as structured data, complete, on the statutory clock, and answerable again when the follow-up question arrives.
Invoices and expense settlement
Agent checks completeness and extraction on the back office's invoices and expense claims off the same extraction and processes the credit team uses.
Why banks choose Densery
We don't drop a chatbot into your bank. We complete the file, write the entry and leave the evidence your examiner asks for.
Execution, not drafting
Densery agents finish the work. The entry is written, the record is updated, and we sign up to accuracy and turnaround targets — and to what happens when the agent is wrong.
Residency, not a region setting
Air-gapped and on-premise are the ordinary case. The governance stack ships unchanged.
Multilingual by construction
Generic tooling reads a mixed-script file badly and reports no error. Densery scores every field and records the override.
Examiner-ready by design
Confidence scores, approval gates, immutable log, correction capture — evidence as a by-product of the work.
Bring your own AI
The AI your analysts already use can connect to Densery and inherit the ontology, the semantic layer and the approval gates — no new client to roll out.

Banking · on-premise
A top-tier bank, eleven million customers, sixty-plus documents to every credit application — read, cross-checked and written back inside its own walls. One hour to five minutes.
Deployment
On-premise GPU appliance. Loan and credit process and files, appraisals, invoices — all within your geographic, legal and organisational boundary.
What it proves
A bank with more than 200 branches ran its credit process on people reading documents: every application arrived with more than sixty supporting papers, each one read, keyed and cross-checked by hand before a credit officer could form a view. Densery reads the whole set as it arrives, reconciles it against the loan checklist, and passes assessed, structured output into the approval workflow, the core and the bank's existing automation — on the bank's own hardware, with appraisal files and the back office's invoices and expense claims read, checked against policy and routed by Densery workflows off the same deployment. Two centres — credit and finance — are served by one system. The credit clock now measures judgement, not clerical throughput.
Where else this applies
Any lender whose approval time is set by paperwork rather than credit judgement, and any bank under a residency obligation — from its regulator, its board, risk committee or its parent.
Who this is for.
Densery fits best where the work is document-heavy, where the answer has to be right, and where the data has to stay inside your walls. If that sounds like your operation, thirty minutes is enough to find out.
| Organisation | Size | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial and retail banks | Millions of customers, or a document flow your team cannot staff further | Under a residency obligation from a supervisor, a board risk committee or a parent company, with the same expectation of evidence. |
| Auto, consumer and equipment finance | Continuous funding and compliance volume | Funding packages and regulator requests, checked and written back — see Financial services. |
| Banks mid-merger or replacing a core system | Any scale, inside 12 months | A migration is a forced document-estate review with a budget attached. |
| Usually a weaker fit Digital-only banks with clean structured data | — | Less of a document estate to solve — worth a conversation if paperwork still sets your approval time. |
Thirty minutes with Densery.
