What this site collects, and what it does not.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your work email, the industry you select, what prompted you to get in touch and what you would like an agent to do. Alongside it we record the time, the page the form was on, the country Cloudflare reports for your connection, and your browser type.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree (a form-processing service that emails the submission to our team) and a copy is stored in a database in Densery's own Cloudflare account. They are not sent to a marketing platform and nobody is added to a mailing list.

What we do with it

We reply to your request. If you ask for a reference call or a security pack, we use the same details to arrange it. That is all.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We use PostHog to measure how the site is used — which pages are opened, which links and buttons are clicked, how far down a page you scroll and how quickly pages load — which sets a first-party cookie. Anything you type is not recorded, and we do not record your screen. PostHog processes this on our behalf in the United States; the data is not sold and not shared with advertisers. This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, and no third party collects personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites through this site. You can turn measurement off for this browser at any time. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes connection data to deliver and protect it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files. The audit-trail explorer runs entirely in your browser on sample data and transmits nothing.

Retention and deletion

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Write to hello@densery.com from the address you used and we delete the record and confirm.

Customer data

Documents and data processed by the Densery platform for customers are governed by each customer's contract, not by this notice. In an on-premise deployment they never leave the customer's own infrastructure. See the Trust Center →
