Financial services
Where agents check every funding package and answer every regulator request — written back into origination, on the statutory clock.
Every loan carries a file. Every file carries a clock.
Behind every car loan sits a vehicle registration, an insurance certificate, an identity card and a contract — photographed on a phone, in every format, checked by eye under a funding-time clock. And every month the regulator and other authorities send information requests and compliance documents that have to be read and acted on, in dozens of layouts, against a statutory deadline where the penalty for missing it is not a fine but the right to keep lending.
Agents complete the funding package
Each document read, checked against the contract and the policy, the mismatch flagged with the page highlighted, and the result written into loan origination.
Agents answer the regulator from the record
When a supervisor asks for information on a borrower, the response is assembled from the loan file as structured data — complete, accurate and inside the deadline — and answered again when the follow-up arrives, without reopening the file.
Agents give people back to the business
The team that used to re-key PDFs for regulatory correspondence moves to work that needs judgement.
What agents complete here
Written back into loan origination, the core and the customer app — the first process live in weeks.
Funding-package verification
Agent reads each document in the package, checks it against the contract and the policy, flags the mismatch with the page highlighted, and writes the result into loan origination — routed to a named funding officer when a document does not agree with the contract.
Regulator information requests
When a supervisor asks for information on a borrower, agent assembles the response from the loan file as structured data — complete, accurate and inside the deadline — and answers the follow-up from the same record without reopening the file.
Title, registration and insurance checks
Agent reads the registration, the insurance certificate and the identity papers as one file, confirms they belong to the same vehicle and the same borrower, and writes the checked result to the loan record — routed to a named officer when a detail does not match.
Compliance correspondence in any layout
Agent reads circulars, notices and requests as they arrive, in whatever layout the authority uses, extracts what has to be acted on and by when, and files the action against the borrower or the portfolio — routed to a named compliance lead when the instruction is ambiguous.
Why lenders choose Densery
We don't hand you a PDF to re-key. We check the package, answer the regulator and write the result into origination.
Execution, not drafting
Densery agents finish the work. The entry is written, the record is updated, and we sign up to accuracy and turnaround targets — and to what happens when the agent is wrong.
Any layout, every time
Phone photographs, scans and authority correspondence in dozens of formats, read at near-100% accuracy on files of 100 pages and more.
Residency, not a region setting
Inside a parent's data policy or a supervisor's residency rule, the governance stack ships unchanged.
Answerable again
The regulator's follow-up is answered from the same structured record, on the same clock, without re-reading the file.
Bring your own AI
The AI your team already uses can connect to Densery and inherit the ontology, the semantic layer and the approval gates — no new client to roll out.

Financial services · captive auto finance
Every regulator request answered complete and on time from a 100-page loan file — live in a single morning.
The problem
The captive finance arm of a global automaker receives periodic requests from the authorities for information on specific borrowers. Each starts a statutory clock, and a lender that fails to answer in full and on time can be blacklisted — and a blacklisted lender cannot keep writing loans. The legacy OCR ran at about 80% accuracy on files of 100 pages and more, and returned PDFs that a six-person team re-keyed by hand before anything could be sent. Follow-up questions meant reopening the file from the start.
What Densery did
Densery reads each document, checks it against the contract and the policy, flags the mismatch with the page highlighted and writes the result into loan origination, the core and the customer app as structured data. When the regulator asks, the answer comes from the same record — complete, accurate and inside the deadline — and a supplementary request is answered from the same source without re-reading the file. The lender's own IT team integrated it through open APIs; the elapsed time from describing the problem to running in production was a single morning.
The result
Near-100% accuracy held on 100-page files. Manual re-entry gone, and with it the delay and the second source of error. Six people returned to higher-value work. A compliance exposure the company itself called existential became a demonstrable strength, and the IT team is now taking the same platform to further processes across the business.
Where else this applies
Any lender whose regulator can ask for a borrower's file on a clock — auto, consumer and equipment finance, and the captive arms of manufacturers under a parent's data policy.
Who this is for.
Densery fits best where the work is document-heavy, where the answer has to be right, and where the data has to stay inside your walls. If that sounds like your operation, thirty minutes is enough to find out.
| Organisation | Size | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Auto, consumer and equipment finance captives | Continuous funding and compliance volume | Paperwork arriving every day in every format, and a regulator who can ask for any borrower's file on a clock. |
| Specialist consumer lenders | Continuous funding and compliance volume | Funding-time and statutory clocks set by document handling, not by credit judgement. |
| US subsidiaries of overseas parents | Any scale | A parent's data policy makes on-premise a requirement; the same platform already runs inside one. |
